NAACP of Baltimore - City Wide Non-Partisan Voter Registration Drive of 1962

In 1962 the Baltimore City Chapter of the NAACP conducted a "city wide non-partisan voter registration drive." The event was, as these images and documents demonstrate, supported in large part by the African American churches in Baltimore City.

Fliers and documents listing church participants are from the Baltimore NAACP materials – part of the African Americans in the Law Special Collection of the Thurgood Marshall Law Library. Additional resources about the collection can be found at the website of the African Americans in the Law Special Collections.

These photographs are made available with the permission of the Baltimore Branch of the NAACP.

Printing is not supported at the primary Gallery Thumbnail page. Please first navigate to a specific Image before printing.
