Mr. McCaul is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. His paper was named first place prize winner of the 2007 Paul L. Cordish Memorial Writing Competition. Mr. McCaul presented this paper to the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters at their annual Meeting in June, 2007.
