The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy serves as a premier forum for interdisciplinary discussion of leading issues in health law, medicine, and health policy. We meticulously review each manuscript submission through our rigorous editorial process. Print Journal Issues We publish two annual print issues featuring four to six peer-reviewed articles alongside essays and selected student scholarship. Issue 1 is published in Winter and Issue 2 in late Spring/early Summer. These showcase scholarly articles by law professors, practitioners, and policy experts, providing rigorous analysis of contemporary health law challenges. Online Issue Our Online Issue, formerly The Appendix, publishes each spring featuring scholarly articles by law professors, practitioners, and policy experts. This digital publication provides rigorous analysis of contemporary health law challenges with emphasis on policy-relevant research and commentary. Available through Lexis, HeinOnline, and SSRN.

Student Notes & Comments Each volume includes carefully selected student scholarship exclusively from current JHCLP editorial staff members.
