The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy is a nationally ranked, student-edited law journal serving as a premier forum for interdisciplinary discussion of leading issues in health law, medicine, and health policy. Ranked among the top student-edited health law journals in the nation, JHCLP is widely recognized as one of the country's foremost health law publications.

Print Journal Issues — We publish two annual print issues featuring four to six articles alongside essays and selected student scholarship. Issue 1 is published in Winter and Issue 2 in late Spring/early Summer. Print issues are available on Westlaw, Lexis, and HeinOnline.

Online Issue — Our Online Issue, formerly The Appendix, publishes each Spring featuring scholarly articles by law professors, practitioners, and policy experts, with an emphasis on policy-relevant research and commentary. Available through Lexis and HeinOnline.

Student Notes & Comments — Each volume includes carefully selected student scholarship exclusively from current JHCLP editorial staff members.
