This one-day conference will focus on current controversies in the mutual fund industry. The goal of the conference is to bring together leaders from the bar, the bench, industry, and academe to discuss the role of mutual funds in the financial system and their relationships to investors and issuers, as informed by recent events. The conference is an opportunity for diverse groups in the legal community to exchange ideas regarding policy issues raised by the dominance of mutual funds and other institutional investors in the US economy.
The conference is supported by a generous contribution from T. Rowe Price Associates.
