The report touches upon ecology aspect of the system of national safety. In our days the environmental safety is possible to stay as the new level of the legal protection of the environmental, using natural resources and sustainable development.
Author shows problems of the environmental policy in Russian Federation today and supposes that in new conditions it is necessary to look to technology civilization and to east traditions together.
The article defines legal regulative environmental safety including constitution terms, rate setting pollution environment and health protection, protection of the environmental rules man and citizens at the globalization conditions. Author gives analyze lawful order of guarantees of the environmental safety and sustainable development at the local level.
