Abstract
This film (a parody of Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventures) was the winner of the awards for Best Special Effects, Best Use of Humor, Best Acting, and Best Screenplay. Follow Phil and Ned as they travel back in time to learn from historical figures in the law to save a local school from becoming a toxic chemical waste site.
