The law school convened a roundtable of women academics to discuss the progress made to date on women in legal academia. The discussion included the percentages of women faculty in American law schools, the number of women on tenure track and the rank of those professors. The roundtable discussion also included the policy changes law schools could make to support women in their efforts to balance teaching, scholarship service and family obligations.
