Abstract
In 2007, UMDLaw began exploring the decisions graduates make in shaping their careers and their satisfaction with the results of those decisions. Now, armed with empirical evidence, the Law School reports on recommendations for legal employers - recommendations aimed at increasing employee retention and enhancing career satisfaction with the profession.
