The University of Maryland School of Law’s Colloquium in International and Comparative Law brings to the school leading scholars and practitioners in the fields of international and comparative law and legal theory to present their recent scholarship or works-in-progress to our faculty and students. The colloquium meets in the faculty lounge on select Wednesday afternoons during the fall and spring semesters. At each session, a Maryland faculty member will act as a respondent before the floor is opened for discussion. The colloquium is open to all Law School faculty and students. Presenters’ papers will be posted in PDF format as they become available.
